Weekly offertory, or the collection at Mass, is much more than a practical moment to support the parish—it is a deeply spiritual act rooted in gratitude, sacrifice, and trust in God. When the gifts are brought forward at Mass, they symbolize not only bread and wine, but also the work, struggles, hopes, and blessings of the entire community. In giving, Catholics participate actively in the sacrifice of Christ, offering back to God a portion of what He has already given.

Stewardship is the humble acknowledgment that everything we have, our time, our talents, and all our worldly treasures, comes from God. Christian stewardship calls upon each of us to: nurture our relationship with God through prayer (time); put our faith into action through our service (talent); and share our gifts with others by giving (treasure). We encourage our parishioners to be good stewards of the many blessings God has bestowed upon us.
