Parish Publications

Bulletin

St. Andrew Parish publishes a weekly bulletin that contains the most time sensitive information about upcoming events within the life of the parish and the surrounding community. The bulletin is distributed after all Masses and can be obtained on the parish website at www.standrewparish.cc .  The weekly bulletin also includes Mass times, Mass intentions, Sunday offering collection amounts, as well as the popular “Pastor’s Corner” letter.  This publication is made possible through the support of local advertisers; many of whom are parishioners.  The weekly bulletin deadline is never later than Monday at 10:00 a. m., and will be much earlier in the event of a holiday or parish wide schedule change.  Watch the bulletin for notice of deadline changes.  Items must be submitted in writing and may be faxed (451-8300), mailed, dropped-off, or emailed to the attention of Parish Secretary Pat Hardesty, phardesty@standrewparish.cc.  Each email will be acknowledged.

Directory

Each September, St. Andrew Parish updates the parish census database by soliciting changes from each parish family via a letter to each registered parish household.  This effort results in accurate information as well as the annual publication and distribution of the St. Andrew Parish Guide Book & Directory. This directory, which provides the contact information for the parishioners who choose to be listed, the general contact information for various parish employees, and a description for each parish entity, is published by Guide Book Publishing of St. Louis, MO. This publication is made possible through the support of advertisers who have enabled the directory to be offered to each registered parish family at no cost. For more information, contact Mary Beasecker, mbeasecker@standrewparish.cc  or 451-4290.

e-Post

The parish’s bulk email subscription allows the parish office to communicate to registered parish families via their “primary household email address” which is recorded in the parish database. The e-Post is published and distributed on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month. It contains up-to-the-minute content that pertains to and is submitted by the various committees and organizations within parish life. For more information, contact Mary Beasecker, mbeasecker@standrewparish.cc  or 451-4290.
