The events listed below represent a fraction of the events that take place on the St. Andrew Parish property.  Events that are open to the public and are of interest to a large percentage of the parishioners are listed below. 
 
Many private events, individual classroom events, and Diocesan events are scheduled on many days in a calendar year. These are not represented on this list.
 
This calendar is updated on a monthly basis as well as on a infrequent daily basis.  Events and times change daily.  Contact the chairman of the event or the parish bulletin for up to the minute details. 
 

Contact the St. Andrew Parish Facility Manager Al Hamrick , 451-1841, ext. 122 to inquire about the availability of a date, time, and location for your function.  The Facility Manager is the only parish employee who can schedule and confirm use of any facility, other than the Bryce Eck Activity Center, on the St. Andrew Parish property. 

 

Contact the Bryce Eck Activity Center Rental Coordinator, Kathy Barger, 459-1402, to inquire about the availabilty of a date, time, and location for your function.  The Bryce Eck Activity Center Rental Coordinator is the only parish employee who can schedule and confirm use of this facility.
