Festival Hours: 5 p.m. to midnight

  • 5 to 10 p.m.:  Silent Auction – rectory garage
  • 5 to 7 p.m.: music by EKG – stage
  • 6 to 10 p.m.: Pie and Coffee – Nugent Parish Hall
  • 6 p.m. to midnight: Casino – school cafeteria
  • 8 to 11 p.m.: Conspiracy – stage

Saturday, August 19, 2017
Saturday Vigil Mass: 4:00 p.m. (Festival weekend only)
Festival Hours: 5 p.m. to midnight

  • 5 to 8 p.m.: Italian sit-down dinner (catered by Berwick) –  Nugent Parish Hall
  • 5 to 10 p.m.: Silent Auction (all bidding closes precisely at 10 p.m.) – rectory garage
    • item pickup until 11 p.m. Saturday or from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday
  • 6 to 7 p.m.:  Columbus Zoo animal visit – stage
  • 6 p.m. to midnight: Casino – school cafeteria
  • 7 to 10 p.m.: Pie and Coffee – Nugent Parish Hall
  • 8 to 11 p.m.:  The Buzzard Kings – stage
  • 10 p.m.: 2017 Festival Raffle Drawing (winner need not be present)

Calling All Bakers!

  • If you love to bake, we need you.
  • Also a great opportunity to become involved if you are unable to volunteer during the festival
  • We need between 50 and 100 cakes/desserts on both Friday and Saturday of the festival. Desserts are used for  the  grill tent, the Cake Wheel and the Saturday Night Dinner. For complete baking details, click here

Did you take a great candid festival  photo? If you are a St. Andrew parishioner or school family, please send your favorite high-resolution digital image by August 31 to info@standrewparish.cc. Please include a caption and names of those in the photo. One lucky winner chosen at random, will win at $25 Target gift card!  Photos may be used on our Facebook and Instagram pages, or highlighted on next year’s promotional materials.
